Sometimes just talkign to them can get them to stop.
They might be attacking you to get points for their gang. Which is why I don't join gangs- it dramatically increases how often I get mugged.
Keeping large amounts of cash on you causes peopel to attack you for your money.
You could have ticked them off by attacking someone in their gang.

If you can't resolve, I'd be glad to help if I'm strong enough to beat them. I hate people like that. I'm ID 18701
