i think there sould be a new yoke for players were if you scam or break rules you should be flagged.
like the penalty point system in ireland for driving,

1. you get points for breaking rules
2. after certen amount of points you get banned for 1-3 years.
3. after 1-3 years your licence is clean.

i think think this would be very good as me can make out scammers from good honast dealers.

You know i think the points on the driving license, is actually all around the world lol... since my dad has got a number of points for speeding lol :S However the points system is good, we could use it on MC, where if you get 9 points you are unable to send or receive anything to or from your account for a week or so.
