Requirements for Weaps/Armor

I think they should add in where if you click on the info of an item it tells you the required level to use it. And if none then put N/A. And that you should be able to work out in jail. And maybe while in jail you can attack people but only others in jail. If your the attacker gives you 50% less xp then it normally would. And the attackee gets transfered to the hospital but has half the wait time. Prob wouldn't work for many reasons but boring as hell sitting in prison and playing nice.
