What happens when you have house? Do you get any benefits? I bought the house and it took all my will hmmmmmmmmmm. Anyone can explain it to me?

When you buy/sell/upgrade a house, your will is reduced to 0%.

You can wait for it to refill naturally (can take a while) or there are other ways to increase it, such as Whores (expensive, low % increase), Caviar (4% increase), Sushi (8% increase) or Full Will Potion's (100% increase).

Once your will refills (either by itself over time or if you use a will potion) - when you go to the gym, the results will be much higher - because your will is higher. The bigger house you have, and therefore higher will, the more you get out of each gym workout.
