Old Items in Higher Cities

Any chance of putting a full inventory (up to the level they are at) in the foreign cities?

I've been in Toronto about 30 seconds and someone wants me to buy them a Hitman... It's gonna cost me $500k and 10 mins to do a round trip, which is pretty annoying.

If the older items were available to buy too (like in Detroit) it would be very handy.
