when i was in the air force i had to go to boot camp. when you get out depending on your exp you might have some rank, but you went through shit just like everyone else, other people go to college and take R.O.T.C there and get to go to the officers academy, which form what i hear isnt so strenuous as boot camp. they get rewarded for being smart while even if our answer was correct it didnt matter, 30 push-ups and a 4 mile run. and you think push ups are easy not the way they make you do it, anyway im getting off point, so the point is, yes you made a good deal and ppl arent really gonna talk shit to you because they dont want to remain in the hospital for the rest of thier MC life but at the same time you did nothing to earn that rank or reputation so they are going to bring it up.
