two ways:
1. hire someone through the hitman office - generally you pay them money and/or points to hit someone

2. you can pay lots of money to assassinate someone - instead of attack you click assassinate



now if someone hires you to assassinate someone, you'll get an event and when you attack them, there's an extra choice that says finish bounty I believe, then you'd get paid.

or you could just pay someone to hit someone else but it won't be anonymous.

no prob. I think you just need to pay 1 million to join the hitman office? I could be wrong, I forget :p

The higher level and stats, the better chances someone will hire you to hit someone though.
