From the absolute vicious and bitter rivalry which has always existed in our family, board games at Christmas just make it much more hellish!!
What ive learnt!!
Never trust dad hes a swine and money is worth more than immediate blood relations!!
Never deal with people from the legal profession they are liable to screw you over with some law contract BS (it was a social and domestic agreement that I couldn’t sell Leicester square to your mother therefore our agreement isn’t binding)
Never deal with sisters as they would rather see your genius plan fail and them to lose money than them see you succeed!
Always trust and listen to mum :D she will always sacrifice her gains in aid of helping you!! (me)
Rule/Morale: never put yourself in a position where your gambling on the strength of someone else doing what they said they would do as they always do something different and you end up screwed.
AND if your family ever use the words ‘nice’ ‘friendly’ game of something!! Always ALWAYS ALWAYS!!!! Turn them down especially if you happen by a rare miracle to end up being in a room of relations of mine. The phrase pure evil was invented just for my family!
Not to mention ive lost hours of my life I wont ever get back! and I feel as if the stress took years from me also :o
